Copy floppy.img to a disk using the BeOS PE win32 bootdisk maker.  
Copy to x:\beos, and run CreateBootFloppy.exe Or use rawrite or 
dd command from your OS of choice.

zbeos can be dropped into boot/system overwritting the current boot
loader.  (I recommend you test the patch with the floppy first!)
