Version Information
20031012 - Added a FX Recording control for recording output on Audigy, even if the second recording source offers the same thing.
20030817 - ac97 code fix
20030720 - Fix for Audigy 1. Tested. dsp levels adjusted.
20030330 - Digital enable fix. AC97 and Fx recording fix for Audigy2.
20030316 - Added audio mode selection, digital enable (not functional for Audigy2)
Modified dsp routing : cd spdif not amplified anymore, just ac97 in
20030309 - Better DSP code, advanced mixer controls, routing to digital outputs.
Support for SB Live 5.1. Mixer controls based on modified multi_audio.
20030209 - Now release allocated buffers. Works with streams. Support for mode 2.0, 4.0, 5.1.
Live is in 4.0 mode, Audigy is in 5.1.
