This folder contains an Ethernet driver for the
3Com 3c589 PCMCIA card. Currently the driver runs
only on Intel platforms and with 10BaseT (twsisted pair)
media. Send e-mail to hank@be.com if you
need a driver for coax media or the PPC platforms.
To install the driver double click the install file,
and to the file :
/boot/home/config/settings/kernel/drivers/pcmcia
add the following entry:
card { #3Com 3c589
version "3Com Corporation", "3c589"
bind tcm589
}
