VNC "keep-alive" script

The VNCServer has worked great 24/7 for years on our radio station's Haiku/TuneTracker machine. One issue we had that others might have was our internet router would randomly disconnect the VNC server, due to DNS connection or something... nothing to do with the VNCServer software. We installed a script written by bbjimmy to keep the server running. It restarts the server at a user-specified interval. You would need to change the "vncserver-gcc2" to whatever binary this latest VNCServer 1.27 binary uses, which I think is simply "vncserver". If you have the server-disconnection problem, try out his script and instructions below:
---------------------------
#!/bin/bash
PROGRAM=/boot/home/config/bin/vncserver-gcc2
$PROGRAM &
PID=$!
echo $PID >
