About Scanner:
Scanner 1.01 is a port scanner which can be used by network administrators to scan
their networks for open ports. It also functions as a wingate scanner.

Details about this version:
This version fixed a bug that may have caused some systems to crash or become temporarily unusable.
This version includes a delay option ( -d or --delay ) which by default is set to 1 second between scans. It is not however recommended that you use a delay of 0, you have been warned. Using 0 will consume most available resources and may or may not render your system termporararily unusable even though it may increase the speed with which the scan is conducted.
If you are scanning a range of IP Addresses you have to output data to a file. You do this using the output option ( -o or --output ). You can then view the scan as it progresses by issuing the command:
tail -f
Where is the name of the file you output data to.
